Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.
Digital Delivery
After your purchase is completed, your digital files will be made available for download. You may also receive an email containing access to your purchased files.
Refunds & Returns
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Technical Problems
